After many years of working within corporate HR, Business Management, IT and training, which was quite stressful, I decided to turn my experience and care for other people into something more meaningful – a career that would be both rewarding to me and beneficial to others. My long-standing interest and fascination with hypnosis took me onto a new path. I was keen to learn how hypnosis can can help people change their behaviour and habits. So I began to my training in this exciting field of therapy.
I trained with a variety of high profile hypnotists including Jonathan Royle, Richard Bandler and Stephen Brooks to name but a few. In addition I also trained in the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), as it beautifully complements the hypnotherapy process.
First and foremost, I believe in doing no harm. I operate under the premise that you are the healer, and answers are found within you. My role is to employ safe, effective hypnosis and EFT techniques designed to bring these answers to the surface. In essence, you are the physician, and I act as a facilitator.
I believe in a customized approach that treats each client according to his or her specific needs. That’s why during your first sessions, I’ll perform a thorough analysis to uncover relevant information about your health and life history. Once the targeted evaluation is complete, we can begin a method of therapy best suited for your particular case. I continuously evaluate as we go, making changes as needed to maximize the benefits of hypnotherapy and EFT for you.
As a hypnotist, I do hold the following qualifications:
- EFT Practitioner Certificate (Level 1, 2 & 3)
- Diploma in Hypnosis DHP
- Diploma in Complete Mind Therapy DCMT
- Diploma in Stress Management & Counselling MASC
and am a member of the following associations:
